He has implemented 5 learning management systems, developed the first multi-lingual eLearning programs for Kmart, & created the learning technology roadmap for UnitedHealthcare. He has also created responsive content, mLearning, and training using augmented reality.


The former Global Learning Technologies Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group envisioned a better way to train bartenders, cooks, housekeepers, and all other workers following standard operating procedures. He patented and trademarked the PythiaTM Intelligence Augmentation and Performance Assurance System and founded Adyton. In addition to training & learning needs identification, PythiaTM is designed to automate process development and process improvement in any language, 24/7, anywhere in the world.
