Your emergency and standard operating  procedures (SOPs) are transcribed into cloud database records, one text field per step.

Headset buttons and a conversational user interface (like Amazon Alexa) operate the database over your existing WiFi network.

The process repeats until all steps are completed.

The final step of each SOP asks you how the process can be be improved, what equipment needs repaired, etc. the data is uploaded to the cloud then, the system waits for your next request.
