Your emergency and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are transcribed into cloud database records, one text field per step.
Headset buttons and a conversational user interface (like Amazon Alexa) operate the database over existing, pre-configured WiFi networks.
The process repeats until all steps are completed.
The final step of each SOP asks users to optionally provide continuous process & performance feedback. Then, the system recycles to support the next request.
Text fields are translated to user's language*, converted to speech, & played to the headset one text field at a time.
A timer tracks how long it takes to complete each STEP. (This is key to identifying individual and organizational performance and process needs.)
